WEDNESDAY WISDOM

“When someone has hurt or offended us, we look at them as though they were the one we are fighting. The Bible tells us we are not fighting flesh – but powers of darkness. The unseen enemy. Building walls to protect ourselves against people keeps us from loving them as we are commanded. Yes, we need to use our intelligence and avoid what is not suitable for us, but not by building walls we think we need for protection. God is our Protector. He knows our battles before we enter them and tells us how to respond. Are we listening?”
